The SpeaXeasy Salon

The SpeaXeasy Salon started out as an inside joke between myself and a few guests. The salon was in the basement of my house and guests would have to walk around back to get to the door to the salon. The term “speakeasy” started in 2020 when going to a salon was illegals. Many guests needed hair services and couldn’t find anyone willing to do their services. Stylists feared the state would step in and take their license. In the true nature of a speakeasy, I decided to open up to my guests and allow them to come get their hair needs taken care of, trusting that the relationships I had built with them would keep the salon open. And now, 5 years later, those relationships have helped me to open my own salon, and keep it open. The SpeaXeasy!
